How to Submit Your Fundraising Orders(s)

Ensure you check the TYPE of fundraiser to determine how to submit your fundraising order.

 

Online Only - these fundraisers can only be ordered online via the fundraisers specific link/instructions.  No money or orders can be submitted to the parents association.

Email Only - these fundraisers can only be ordered via google document submission of order form/money to the parents association. 

​

Online/Email - these fundraisers are either/or, or a combination of both.

Submitting an Email Fundraising Order

Fill out the Google Form Document that is posted on the specific fundraiser page.

​

Send an email money transfer to stormchaserscpa@gmail.com, the password MUST be purple. Also please include which fundraiser you are submitting payment for.

*Note: If you end up needing to add to the order you have already submitted, we ask that you please submit another order and send another EFT for that order.

Must Have Information for Email Fundraising Order

Parents Name, Parents Email Address, Athlete Name (if you have multiple athletes please pick one).  This information MUST be in both the email with your order form AND your email e-transfer comments.

Fundraising Timing​

Email Fundraising Types: Late orders will not be accepted, please ensure you have submitted BOTH your order and e.transfer prior to the fundraiser cutoff date/time.

​

Online Fundraising Types: Late orders will not be accepted, our online portals will automatically close on our specified date/time.
