Orders and Payments

All products must be paid for - in full - when you are submitting your order. We will not accept cash, cheques, or credit cards and we cannot provide receipts.

We will ONLY accept EFT for payment and we will ONLY accept ONE Order Submission per Fundraise.

When submitting your EFT

 

Please have your EFT sent to our email: stormchaserscpa@gmail.com

 

In the 'Message Section" before submitting your EFT please remember to have the following info

​

- Athlete Name

- Name Fundraiser Payment is for, example 'Davison Orchards'

​

Password has to be - 'PURPLE' - we will not accept the EFT if the password is NOT PURPLE.

​

Email Fundraising Types: Late orders will not be accepted, please ensure you have submitted BOTH your order (via google doc) and EFT are submitted prior to the fundraiser cutoff date/time. Note: We will also ONLY accept ONE Order Submission per Fundraise, so please ensure you have everyones order before you submit.

Online Fundraising Types: Late orders will not be accepted, our online portals will automatically close on our specified date/time.

 

Order Pickups

All delivery/distribution dates are posted with as much notice as possible. You are required to pick up your order during the specified time - or make alternate arrangements. We do not have a secure location to hold and/or store any items and cannot be held responsible for unclaimed orders. We are not responsible for items once they have left the premise.

Where do I get fundraising forms?

Fundraising forms will be available for download under the Fundraiser tab and by clicking on the specific fundraiser you are looking for and in some cases, paper forms will be available for pick up at the gym.  The gym's staff cannot help you with this, please do not ask.
